1. Who we are

Zambrowser ("Zambrowser", "we", "us") provides desktop antidetect browser software and related cloud services under monthly subscription. You can reach us at info@zambrowser.com.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Solo: €14,99/month. Pro: €45,99/month. Enterprise: €131,99/month.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
• All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing info@zambrowser.com. Access continues until the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused days (see the Refund Policy).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Zambrowser to: (a) commit fraud, identity theft, or unauthorized access; (b) circumvent security systems in violation of law; (c) infringe intellectual property; (d) target minors; (e) engage in spam or malware distribution; (f) violate the terms of the platforms you access, in a way that is unlawful in your jurisdiction.

5. Warranty disclaimer

Zambrowser is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that any specific website or platform will accept a given profile. Anti-fraud systems evolve continuously and results may vary.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of Zambrowser is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or via the product at least 14 days before they take effect.
