Last updated: 8 July 2026. Zambrowser sells digital software subscriptions. This page explains how cancellations, refunds and payment disputes are handled.
New customers may request a full refund of their first monthly subscription payment within 14 days of purchase, provided the account has fewer than 10 profiles created and less than 5 GB of proxy traffic used. Email info@zambrowser.com from the address on your account.
Subscriptions renew automatically and are non-refundable after the 14-day window, except where required by applicable consumer-protection law. If we are legally required to issue a refund, we will do so within 14 days of confirming the request.
If Zambrowser is unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing month due to our own infrastructure, we will issue a pro-rata credit for the affected days on request.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe. Depending on your bank, funds usually appear within 5–10 business days.
Please contact us first at info@zambrowser.com before opening a chargeback with your bank — most billing questions can be resolved within 24 hours. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination.
