1. What we collect

• Account data: your email address, hashed password, and workspace preferences.
• Billing data: handled by Stripe; we store only the last 4 digits of your card and invoice metadata.
• Product usage: aggregate diagnostics on crashes and feature usage. No profile contents.
• Support: any information you send us at info@zambrowser.com is stored to help us reply.

2. What we do NOT collect

Zambrowser is designed local-first. Your browser profiles — cookies, tabs, form data, browsing history — remain encrypted on your machine. We never see, sell or share the contents of your profiles.

3. Legal basis

We process personal data on the legal bases of (a) performance of the contract with you, (b) legitimate interest in operating and securing our service, and (c) legal obligations (such as tax law).

4. Sub-processors

• Stripe — payment processing
• Cloud infrastructure providers for encrypted account and sync data
• Email delivery providers for transactional messages

5. Your rights

You can request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing info@zambrowser.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while your subscription is active and for up to 12 months after cancellation. Invoices are retained for as long as tax law requires (up to 10 years in the EU).

7. Cookies

Our marketing website uses strictly-necessary cookies and anonymized analytics only. No third-party advertising cookies.
